Thanks to a strong year of growth, California Termite is seeking a full-time Termite Technician to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with unlimited potential for the right individual.

The ideal candidate holds a Branch 3 Applicator’s license and has experience with basic wood repairs. However, just as important as technical skill is mindset. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about helping customers.

Termite work isn’t glamorous. The job requires time in attics and crawl spaces, so applicants must be comfortable in tight areas and at heights. A background check is required, as you’ll be working inside customers’ homes. A clean driving record is also necessary, since a company vehicle will be provided.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our number one priority is helping people, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment. If your standards are high—maybe higher than where you’re currently working—you may be a great fit.
