I interviewed three different companies before landing on California Termite and Pest Control, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Unlike the other two companies (who insisted on tenting) John and his team were able to effectively treat my house without tenting. Plus, their warranty stays with the property, which gives me complete peace of mind. The owner, John, and his associate performed the work themselves and are already scheduled to return to check the results. The entire process was easy peasy!!!

Great company to work with. My house needed termite tenting. They were quick to get out, and give me a very competitive quote. Very accommodating with scheduling and their guys showed up on time, were professional and thorough. Bugs are dead. 5 stars.

I had a great experience working with California Termite. John was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and professional throughout the entire process. One of my main goals was to avoid tenting the house, and John was able to effectively address all of the termite issues without the need for tenting. The work was completed as promised, and the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. I would definitely recommend California Termite to anyone looking for honest, reliable termite treatment.

I can't say enough about how professional and responsive John was throughout the process of getting us our termite clearance for home sale. Have not had good experiences with previous companies, as we always had to get a second opinion.

John was able to explain the process and options clearly. Most importantly, he actually responds to calls/texts!

Make it less stressful on yourselves, call these guys.

John Gelhard came out to my house for an inspection and he went through the whole 9 yards to check everything and was frank that there wasn't much that needed treated. He even went into my crawl space to check for subterranean termites. Even though he didn't find much, he did point out to me that I had some rodent activity, which was helpful.

All in all, John was super helpful in explaining all that he was doing and all that he saw. He didn't pressure me into doing any unnecessary treatment or anything like that.

Would highly recommend having John come out to take a look at things!

John conducted a thorough termite inspection of our home and provided a detailed, clear report of his findings. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

John did a good job of spraying our attic with borate which is a termite preventative. He is friendly and professional and never once did I feel pressured into getting more product than we need. He was very up front with what the product could do for us and clear with pricing. There were no hidden fees and I like that he has a 1 year warranty for his work. His initial inspection was free which is a nice plus (nice to know we didn't have termites)! His pricing was very fair.. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who has concerns with termites as he tends to go for the less costly, targeted treatments (if it makes sense) rather than the blanket cover the whole house with a tent treatment that some companies just do automatically - sure to work, but sure to break your wallet!

I had a swarm of subterranean termites that like to eat dry wood apparently. I looked around and found California Termites, and the owner John came out right away and took care of me. Did a whole house inspection, got into the attic space and even did a spot treatment because that was all that was needed. I appreciated his thoroughness and solution recommendation.
