Should you go with a big, well-known company? Large companies often become sales organizations rather than termite control specialists because they’re driven to show constant growth.

Smaller companies aren’t automatically better. Do they prioritize customer care, or are they focused on hitting sales quotas and minimum prices? Are they constantly struggling to maintain experienced, conscientious staff while managing overhead?

Does the small company primarily serve the real estate market? If so, who do they really answer to — their customers or the realtors?
