Believe it or not, termite fumigations can fail. It’s rare, but the only way to know for sure is to clean up all the old termite evidence—by masking or vacuuming it up—and see if any returns the following year.

Fumigations aren’t fun, but you want to get your money’s worth. If a fumigation fails, your termite company and their fumigator are obligated to redo the process under their warranty.
