California Termite is a small, family-run company where the owner is actively involved in every part of the business—inspections, treatments, follow-ups, marketing, and management. That hands-on structure creates real opportunity. If you’re an applicator who wants to grow into a field representative or take on more responsibility, this isn’t a dead-end role—the sky’s the limit.

We may be small, but we’re growing fast. In our first year, we brought on 94 new customers and generated over $135,000 in revenue. We’re trending toward more than doubling that in 2026, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.

You’ll be working for someone who has performed every type of termite treatment. I won’t ask you to do anything I haven’t done myself. I won’t make you climb a two-story ladder carrying a one-gallon B&G. I won’t expect you to supply your own tools. I won’t overload your schedule. My goal is to make your job easier, not harder. I want you to feel valued, supported, and empowered—like an owner—so you can always do right by the customer.

I’m looking for a termite technician with woodworking experience. If you don’t have that experience but you’re ambitious, customer-focused, and eager to learn, that can work too.
